Follow the steps below to delete Receipts:

 
 
Click on Void Receipt button on Main Screen, Receipt List Screen gets displayed.
 
If you want to view receipts according to Receipt Type then click on  icon, Select Receipt Type dialog gets displayed. Select the Receipt Type and click on Finish button to copy the receipt type in its respective edit box.
 
If you wish to view receipts according to Date, click on its respective  icon, Select Transaction Date dialog gets displayed. Select the date and click on Finish button or hit Enter to copy the Date in its respective edit box and close the Select Transaction Date dialog. Click either on Cancel button or  icon to avoid selecting date and return to Receipt List Screen.Note: Your software date will be default date selected. Also note the date beyond your software date cannot be selected.
 
If you want to view All Receipt list, click on All Receipt button.
 
If you want to view again the Receipt list whose payments are not done, then click on Open Receipt to view the list.
 
If you want to view All Order list, click on All Order button. This will display the list of Receipts created by all users.
 
If you want to view My Order list, click on My Order button. This will display the list of Receipts created by the logged in User.
 
Select the Receipt from the List and click on Void button, Void Receipt dialog gets displayed.
 
Select the Void Reason by clicking on  icon, Select Void Reason dialog gets displayed.
 
Select the Reason and click on Finish button to select your void reason and return to Void Receipt dialog. Click either on Cancel button or  icon to avoid selecting void reason and return to Void Receipt dialog.
 
Click on Void button to delete your Receipt and return to Receipt List Screen.
 
Click either on Close button or  icon to avoid deleting Receipt and return to Receipt List Screen.
 
Repeat steps 2 to 11 to delete more Receipts.
 
Click on Close button on Receipt List Screen to avoid deleting Receipts and return to Main Screen.
 
Recall Receipts
 
 
 
  Follow the steps below to recall Receipt:
 
Click on Recall Receipt button on Main Screen, Receipt List Screen gets displayed whose payments are not done.
 
If you want to view receipts according to Receipt Type then click on  icon, Select Receipt Type dialog gets displayed. Select the Receipt Type and click on Finish button to copy the receipt type in its respective edit box.
 
If you wish to view receipts according to Date, click on its respective  icon, Select Transaction Date dialog gets displayed. Select the date and click on Finish button or hit Enter to copy the Date in its respective edit box and close the Select Transaction Date dialog. Click either on Cancel button or  icon to avoid selecting date and return to Receipt List Screen.Note: Your software date will be default date selected. If you want to view All Receipt list, click on All Receipt button.(All Receipts=Payment Done Receipts + Payments Not Done Receipts)
 
If you want to view again the Receipt list whose payments are not done, then click on Open Receipt to view the list.
 
If you want to view All Order list, click on All Order button. This will display the list of receipts created by all users.
 
If you want to view My Order list, click on My Order button. This will display the list of receipts created by the logged in User.
 
Select the Receipt from the list and click on Recall button, Receipt Screen gets displayed.
 
Refer steps 4 to 7 of Receipt Payment => Through Dine In Process.
 
Repeat steps 2 to 9 to recall more receipts.
 
Click on Close button on Receipt List Screen to avoid recalling receipts and return to Main Screen.
 
Settle Receipts
 
 
 
  Follow the steps below to settle Receipt:
 
Click on Settle Receipt button on Main Screen, Receipt List Screen gets displayed whose payments are not done.
 
If you want to view receipts according to Receipt Type then click on  icon, Select Receipt Type dialog gets displayed. Select the Receipt Type and click on Finish button to copy the receipt type in its respective edit box.
 
If you wish to view receipts according to Date, click on its respective  icon, Select Transaction Date dialog gets displayed. Select the date and click on Finish button or hit Enter to copy the Date in its respective edit box and close the Select Transaction Date dialog. Click either on Cancel button or  icon to avoid selecting date and return to Receipt List Screen.Note: Your software date will be default date selected. If you want to view All Receipt list, click on All Receipt button.(All Receipts=Payment Done Receipts + Payments Not Done Receipts)

Select the Receipt from the list and click on Settle button, Payment Receipt Screen gets displayed.
 
Refer step 7 of Receipt Payment => Through Dine In Process.
 
Repeat steps 8 to 9 to settle more receipts.
 
Click on Close button on Receipt List Screen to avoid settling receipts and return to Main Screen.
