This allows you to select the items menu group and menu subgroup wise.
Follow the step below to select and item:
Horizontal bar below Order Info. button specifies different menu group. You can click on its related left-right arrows to scroll over the different menu groups. Select the menu group, its related subgroups will be displayed in the vertical bar and its related items are also displayed.
Similarly, Vertical bar specifies different menu subgroups. You can click on its related up-down arrows to scroll over the different menu subgroup. Select the subgroup if any from the list.
Select the item from the list to add in the left panel to be sold to this table.

Repeat steps 3.1 to 3.3 to select more items from KOT Screen.
Selecting Item Through Item Search
Follow the steps below to select item through item search:
Click on Item Search button on KOT Screen, Item Search dialog gets displayed.
You can either enter the Item Name in its respective edit box or click on icon; Enter Item Name dialog with keyboard gets displayed. Click on the respective keys to enter the Item Name or place the cursor in the white edit box and enter the Item Name. Click on Finish button or hit Enter to copy the Item Name in its respective edit box and close the Enter Item Name dialog. Click on icon to display keyboard alphabets in ascending order. Click on icon to again display keyboard alphabets in actual keyboard display. Click either on Cancel button or icon to avoid entering Item Name and return to Item Search dialog.
Select the Menu Subgroup by clicking on icon, if you wish to perform search through menu subgroup, your Select Menu Subgroup dialog gets displayed. Select the menu subgroup by clicking on its respective button and finally click on Finish button to return to Item Search dialog with your selected menu subgroup displayed in the Menu Subgroup field. Click on Cancel button to avoid selecting menu subgroup and return to Item Search dialog.

You can either enter the Item Code in its respective edit box or click on icon; Enter Item Code dialog with keyboard gets displayed. Click on the respective keys to enter the Item Code or place the cursor in the white edit box and enter the Item Code. Click on Finish button or hit Enter to copy the Item Code in its respective edit box and close the Enter Item Code dialog. Click on icon to display keyboard alphabets in ascending order. Click on icon to again display keyboard alphabets in actual keyboard display. Click either on Cancel button or icon to avoid entering Item Code and return to Item Search dialog.
Click on Search button, its respective search is performed and the list is displayed.
Repeat steps 1 to 5 to perform more searches.
Select the item from the list.
Click on Finish button to add in the left panel list on KOT Screen.
Click on Cancel button, to avoid adding item in the list and return to Main Screen.
Repeat step 1 to 8 to add more items through searches.
Selecting Item Through Item Code
Follow the steps below to select item through item code:
Click on PLU button on KOT Screen, Item Code gets displayed in right panel on same screen.
You can either click on the respective keys to enter the Item Code or place the cursor in the white edit box and enter the Item Code. Hit Enter to add item in the left panel list in KOT Screen.
Click on ClosePLU button on KOT Screen, to return back to Item List in right panel as per menu groups and subgroups.

Repeat steps 5.1 to 5.3 to select more items through item code.
Changing Selected Item Unit
If you have assigned multiple units to an item, then you can also change item unit from here. Follow below steps to change item unit:
Select item from your left side selected list.
Click on iconon KOT Screen, Please Select Unit. dialog gets displayed.
Select the unit by clicking on its respective buttons.

Click on Finish button to change unit and return to KOT Screen.
Click on Cancel button, to avoid changing unit and return to KOT Screen.
Repeat steps 6.1 to 6.4 to change more units of selected items.

Click on Cancel button to avoid selecting menu subgroup and return to Item Search dialog.
