In eZee POS Back Office when you define user, you have to specify up to what percent that user can offer discount to guest. By default it is set to 0%. In such scenario if you try to offer discount, it will not allow you to offer discount. Please contact your system administrator and ask him to set appropriate discount limit for you. This will enable you to offer discount to guests.
