In order to use Void function, you need to select Void Reason from Drop Down. As in your case, your system administrator has not defined any Void reason, you are not able to void any transaction. In order to define Void Reasons, Please start eZee POS Back Office -> Configuration Menu -> Void Reason. Please define Void Reasons for different categories.
