Use Of Colors To Identify Order Status

What’s more in the latest release:

  • We have updated eZee Call Center with the feature that now we can stop agents to send orders to those locations which are closed.
  • Previously, in Loyalty Card module, bulk card activation and deactivation notification was not sent when recharge was done. But we have now enhanced this feature such that, you’ll receive the status update notifications for bulk cards when their recharge is done.
  • We have added a new report category for the Business source-wise in eZee BurrP! “Sales report”.
  • We have enhanced the Fiscal receipt by keeping Citizen ID caption as Guest Tin No.
  • We have enhanced the loyalty module with the validity and expiry of points on receipt and notification level when the transaction is performed.
  • We have enhanced the table selection option in eZee BurrP! for Dine in and Take away for Order Information Tab in grid view. This will help you select the tables easily in case you have more number of tables.
  • We have developed a report for waiter commission based on the cap set for that waiter.
  • We have added HSN code field for Store Item, Menu Items, Purchase Order and GRN and the same will be reflected on the receipts.
  • We have introduced the include and exclude tax settings for the Issue voucher.
  • We have added Search field in Inventory Management Module which makes item search easier for the users.
  • We have made an enhancement in eZee Call Center such that, now you’ll be able to see the recipe and ingredients of the menu items, which can be enabled or disabled by the settings provided.
  • We have enhanced the receipt template for category-wise grouping.
  • We have added the privilege “Allow to settle with Other settlement type” in POS back office for the users who wants to give discount based on the loyalty card. This will enable payment only through loyalty card and rest of the payment will not be allowed to process.
  • We have made an enhancement in the Advance report. Now it will display the date on which the advance order was taken and when was the advance order included. The report will bifurcate advance order, record details for Sales Report with A/R and A/P.
  • The Void Receipt [Detail] in summary will now display the Receipt Discount column, which was missing previously.

How do you update your system?

Get the Service Pack link from eZee Support (refer to the steps below), execute the application and your system will be updated in a flash.

A quick guide on How to install Service Pack

  1. Take the latest backup of the database from server machine.
  2. Close all eZee applications before executing the Service Pack.
  3. Execute Service Pack on server machine first if the software is installed in a client – server environment.
  4. After installing the Service Pack on server machine, execute any eZee application on the server machine to reflect the version update.
  5. Repeat the same process on all client terminals where eZee software is installed.
